A tip for taking pills that just won’t go down: put the pill and whatever liquid you take with it in your mouth and tilt your chin down (look down) to swallow the pill instead of tilting your head back! I don’t know why, but this works!! 💚

as i know - capsules float, pills sink, so tilt your head back to swallow a pill, and tilt your head forward to swallow a capsule.. or vice versa, i even confused myself here😂
