For Roasting:
1.5 tbsp Peanuts
1 tbsp Channa dal
1 tbsp Urad dal
1/2 tsp Coriander seeds
4-5 red Chillies
2 tbsp Coconut
1 tsp Sesame seeds
1/8 tsp turmeric powder
1/8 tsp Asafoetida
For Brinjal Rice:
4 tbsp Oil
1/2 tsp Mustard seeds
1 tsp Urad dal
1-2 tbsp peanuts
Curry leaves
4 Green Chillies
1/2 Onion
6 Brinjal
lemon sized tamarind (soaked in water)
required Salt
3 cup Cooked Rice
2 tsp Ghee
