The current price of carbon credits is incredibly low. And major corporations have been burned in the court of public opinion for buying carbon credits in projects that turned out to be scams, so they're pivoting away from buying carbon credits as a means of being carbon neutral.

Its a shame. The current prices don't even cover the cost of buying char to intern.
