This is the song that I discovered Kathleen from. It was used in a scene from a 2002 Canadian comedy movie called Men with Brooms about a a beer-league curling team. Hockey Skates was used in a touching poignant scene and I was smitten with the voice and the song right away. Then not long after (winter 2003 I believe) she was the opening act for Blue Rodeo when they came to town and seeing her live sealed the deal! Been a huge fan ever since! Can't wait to see her live again in June at the Burlington Sound of Music Festival!

I love this song. I remember your piano player and his Expos baseball hat. Lol. U married your guitarist? Correct? I think was wonderful and I hope your happy. I saw u perform in 2002, 2004, amd 2005 in Philly. You signed your failed cd insert for me. I wish i could.wlave a pic here. I'm happy and proud to say I saw u when....u were in your early 20s!!!! Hasn't it been an amazing life and a wild ride? I never made it as far as u did, but my life isn't over yet. I started to okay the piano 2 years ago after seeing Tash Sultana, at the philmore in Philadelphia. On Tuesday night I saw Firrest Blakk and James Arthur. The ladies seem to really love James. At least that's what I heard for about 90 minutes. The lead guitarist and the organist were both talented beyond the stars. I hope the next 10 years brings u more performances at Bonnaroo and beyond.
