You take a quiz about what kind of makeup looks you like, what matters more to you when it comes to hair stuff, skincare stuff, etc. Then they have certain products to give out each month and give you 5 products that they think you will like best from your quiz. When I signed up, I shared a link on facebook and was taken off the waitlist, I'm not sure if they still have that offer still going on. To me ipsy is worth the $10 a month!!

For the BB cream thing, you have to reapply every 2 hours to maintain the sunscreen effect, it's the same with every sunscreen cz after 2 hours it doesn't protect you anymore. But if you are using it just as makeup then it will probably stay put for more than 2 hours :)

I'm so glad you didn't try the blue liner on. I got it in my ipsy bag and so did my friend, she tried it on and it stained her eyelids so yeah it's a "heck no" for me!!!!!!

heyclaireshine yea, my eyelids are still stained 2 days later (im the friend, btw lol) luckily makeup covers it, so thats nice. But I wont be using it again. Especially since I had foundation, eye primer, AND a color tattoo under it, and it still stained through all that!

I've been an ipsy subscriber for about a year and one thing I've noticed is that if you go into your "glam room" on the ipsy site, it lets you review the products you've received in your bag, thus tailoring your future bags to include stuff you're more inclined to enjoy.

Hey Kathleen you don't need to reapply every two hours for the bb cushion. That recommendation is with regards to th email SPF protection it gives which is the same with all spf products. My cousin uses this daily and we live in a very hot and humid country. No issues 😊

I tried out the eye liner in the green. I really enjoyed it. It was slightly difficult to remove. I just had to let my remover set for a ,in but it did come off. I wish I had gotten the blue over the green, but I'm happy! Really liked this months IPSY over last month. Thank you for sharing.

If an eyeliner stains, to remove it I will use an oil or cleansing oil to get most of it off right before hopping into a steamy shower. When I come out there usually isn't anything left, but if there is the slightest trace of a stain, I just wash my face again with an oil/oil cleanser and face wash. Also! If you like the laniege bb, I think you'll like the missha more! They have different formulas but my favorite is the cho bo yang version because it's moisturizing yet still has decent oil control.

Just a tip.. use ice for any pimple you get.. it'll help disappear... And for the makeup products u dont need, you should have a drawer or a bag or a box and store them there that way it will be easier for you to have giveaways for products like that..(:

Use the bb cushion with your fingers xx ive seen missglamorazzi use it and it is so not that dewy. Use it with your pointer and middle finger. Just a friendly tip xx :)

I wouldn't be pleased if that was my bag. But sometimes ipsy is disappointing. However the bag I received this month I LOVED. I think rating the products on the site really does help them know the kind of products I love. The last few bags I have received were amazing! :) that eye liner is scary.

I got the butter gloss in a color I already have, the eyebrow pencil, perfume sample, and hair salt spray. Ok bag. The eyebrow pencil is wayyyy too dark for me because I'm naturally a blonde who dyes my hair dark and therefore have a lighter eyebrow. I agree with ya Kathleen. The bag itself is definitely super pretty though!

I loved the bag itself this month! Definitely a step up from what it's looked like the past couple months. I liked everything in my bag, aside from the Be A Bombshell mascara. I want to try it, but I CANNOT get past how terrible it smells. The other items I received were the NYX butter gloss in Apple Strudel, the Dove dry hair oil, Jesse's Girl water proof black liquid liner (which is AMAZING), and an Olive and Enzyme cleanser by Skinn. I'm super happy with 4/5 of my items!

I was definately wearing the blue eyeliner while i was watching your video and as soon as i watched you failing to get it off your hand i panicked and ran to the bathroom to try for myself! Thankfully mine came off with my makeup wipes! I layered it above my black liner so maybe that had something to do with it.. either way i am happy it didnt stain! I put on my eye liner yesterday and my make up remover wipe took it off just fine, i think maybe you put too much on your hand, and also i tried the bb cream yesterday just once set with powder and lasted pretty much the whole day, love the smell!!

This month is actually one of my favorites. I didn't get the bb cream or the oils you got but I did receive an amazing Marc Anthony beach wave texturizing spray which I'm in love with and a bombshell mascara plus a black coal liner which was perfect for me. The only thing I didn't like was a perfume sample I was sent that was a bit too masculine for my taste but other than that, loved it! I hope next month is better for you, I love watching your videos!

I own all of the colors of this brand of eyeliner! Its sold at some beauty supply stores around me and i love them all! Iv never had problems with them staining but they do take the right Cleanser! You would love the gold one!!

I got the blue eyeliner, and while I did have problems removing it from my hand, I didn't have a problem what so ever removing it from my eyes with a little make up remover! I'd give it a try! Worse thing that could happen is your eyelids are a little blue! You could always cover up the stain with some black eyeliner lol!

Yes you did over do it with the bb cushion lol its okay though because its something different :) i really really love it. Amora Pacific/ Laneige are skin care specialists. The bb is expensive but it does a lot for your skin. Its no just bb cream, it's made to impove skin as well.

The Laneige BB cushion is a Korean bb cream/foundation that utilizes a bb cream soaked sponge (cushion) which helps to make the application of the cream a bit more sheer and buildable (it usually doesn't deposit a lot of product all in one go, so there's less chance of cakey-ness happening). The full-size comes in a compact sort of form with the bb cream soaked cushion on the base and then usually you get an air cushion sponge applicator to apply it with since the combination of cushion on cushion application gives a very natural finish. It's a really popular product especially in Asia. Hope you enjoy it! :)

Bb cushion, marc antony hair mist, be a bombshell mascara, nyx butter gloss and the blue eyeliner. I use a DIY makeup remover to the blue eyeliner. 1 tbsp. Baby shampoo, 1 tbsp. pure olive oil and water.

You should try African black soap for your dry skin. I haven't noticed a single break out since using it & it helps with dry skin. Also try aloe vera gel before moisturizer, it helps a ton with breakouts

I think the every 2 hour thing for the BB cream is just something they have to put because it has the sunscreen in it. The actual cream will last longer than 2 hours but the sun protection factor isn't there anymore after that.

If i'm not wrong, what you're paying for the laneige bb cushion is actually one bb cushion compact plus a refill. At lear, that's how it retails in my country and in korea.

I think the only reason that bb cushion says reapply every 2 hours is if you're using it for the sunscreen in it. A lot of my foundations say that if there is SPF in it :)

I LOVED this month! I received the Be A Bombshell Mascara, Marc Anthony Hair Beach Spray, Butter Gloss in Creme Brulee, Ofra Brow Pencil, and the Realtree Perfume. The only product I didn't care for was the Mascara. The reason you have to apply the BB cushion every 2 hours is because of the sunscreen. A sunscreen is meant to be applied every 2 hours. Love the vid, very fun and informative!

I think when they say you have to reapply they mean if you want continuous sun protection. The SPF probably runs out after two hours especially since it's not waterproof.

I actually liked this month. I got the nyx butter gloss in creme brûlée, a sample size perfume (Realtree for her, which smells just like viva la juicy), a full size be a bombshell mascara, a full full size universal eyebrow pencil and a sample size Marc Anthony beach spray.

Ok FYI in case you do decide to try the blue liquid liner at some point. Lol (don't worry I was scared too because I also tried it in my hand first & it wouldn't come off as well lol) when I tried it in my eyes & of course my line was all crooked & I had to take it off the only thing that took it all off was lotion like body lotion on q-tip. Hopefully this helps. 😊

The Laneige cushion has an antimicrobial system built into it! I like the AmorePacific one more from Sephora! AmorePacific owns Laneige and AmorePacific is a lot more higher end than Laneige. I have been using Laneige and AmorePacific before they even got into Target and Sephora. They are truly amazing brands!

I really liked mine this month, except for a fragrance sample (ugh, I hate fragrance samples). I got the NYX butter gloss in Creme Brulee, which I'd really wanted to try and planned to buy, and the Marc Anthony beach spray (I also have been wanting to try that - I love products to enhance the waves in my hair). Also got a brow pencil and a mascara.

I am not sure if you are still looking at comments from this video, BUT coconut oil will take that eyeliner right off. (That's what I use) ALSO, you can use castor oil which is really good for your eyelash growth!

This months bag was actually my favorite. I got the same color in the NYX butter gloss, I got a liquid eyeliner in black that's by Jessie's Girl Cosmetics which I'm in love with, I also got the BB Coushin, Marc Anthony spray to get beach waves, & the be a bombshell mascara which smelled really bad. I'm pretty sure I'm going to toss it. But other than that I loved everything

Hi Kathleen :) bb cushion is really really popular in Asia for almost 6months and they claim to be really light weight, moisturising with a medium coverage. It's really glowy because it's invented by Korean and they really like glowy face makeup because they think it makes their skin looks hydrated and healthy:) It's so sad that I can't get ipsy bag coz I'm studying in the uk:( I really want to try out bb cushion

that NYX gloss color looks really good on you. I too feel like my bag didn't impress me much this month. The sample sizes didnt help nor the made in China makeup that smelled too chemical and the blue eyeliner stayed on my skin like tattoo ink!! The makeup bag was cute and the lip butter was nice but, thats it :/ Thanks for your videos I live watching them!!

I got the BBCream in my bag too! I REALLY liked it. Actually, I liked it so much that I used the medium shade even though it was probably too dark. I tried the blue eye liner... buuuuuut I couldn't make the look I was going for work so I had to wash my whole face and start over. The good news is that all the eyeliner came off with soap and water! I actually really loved this months bag! I also got a Marc Anthony beach spray and a full size Be A Bombshell mascara! Plus the bag is Rebecca Minkoff. :-D

I could be wrong, but I think by reapply every two hours they meant as a sunscreen. A lot of times products with sunscreen say to reapply it often to continually give you protection from the sun. Love your videos though!
