Omg the Min Julep face mask is a holy grail item for me!!! I had an extremely rough time with my skin since puberty although recently it's been better in the last year; so I was constantly changing face products and this mint julep mask is the only one I never ever gave up on! Golden_Jailine I think it depends on what you use to wash your hair, I know for a fact that hot water, and any heat can do damage, but it also depends on what you wash your hair with. Alot of shampoos are saud to be bad because they have dyes, and perfumes, detergents etc. I guess it all depends on how much you invest in your hair products and always use cold water.

But yeah, I guess you can wash eveyday if you skip shampoo every once in a while, or get one that's more natural and creamy, Your shampoo isnt supposed to bubble up bc its bad for your hair. I like Pantene's Conditioning shampoo bc it cleanses and conditions but all in all feels like a conditioner :) (Also i like head and shoulders and Man n Tail) i don't find that these strip my hair at all.
