Pac was wise beyond his years. He was very intelligent. Has so much influence on so many ppl . The song Changes would have been released now , five years ago or 10 years ago and would have been 100% relevant today. When 2pac spoke it didn't matter what race you where you didn't listen you heard what he said and he had a way of making you feel every word that he spoke. You said in this reaction that you loved the beat well about 75 -80% of his tracks where done by Dr Dre . And it wasn't that he knew something that ppl wanted him to be silent. It was the fact that he had to much influence/ power. Pac could be the nicest person in the world and cared about his cloture but when he got mad or someone came at him the track " hit'em up" shows you the lvl he will go .

1 thing that's known about 2pac is that he would write songs in minutes, get in the booth, record his song verses and expect all featured artists to do 1 take. No 2nd takes. His group Tha Outlawz explain it in youtube videos. 2pac's work ethic.

Fun Fact: this was the FIRST song he recorded as soon as he came outta prison and landed in LA and went into the studio. That's why you hear so much fire, passion, and emotion in this song (when he raps). He had that fire in him. He couldn't wait to address and go after the niggas who shot him and set him up. Pac was the realist.

2pac most would say is the GREATEST rapper in history.. So many rappers was jealous of him due to his success.. From Jayz, Biggie, puffy and others.. 2pac was doing movies and dominating in rap and they didn’t like how he got most of the attention.. The hottest celebrity females you can think of was obsessed with him, making other celebrities mad.. He had modeling contracts, movies, rap… He was the face of rap.. Eminem even says that’s his icon the greatest to ever do it.. They all wanted him died cause as long as he was around it was hard to get noticed and be successful.. You’ll never see nothing like him again.. He was getting to large meaning it was beyond music.. Even the president and vice president use to mention him as a strong influence on young culture in the 90s.. He was literally the GOD of rap and nobody could hardly make money , so the plotted to set him up with fake rape charges to sitting him up at the studios by his own friends to get shot 5x.. Once he survived that set up in New York , he unleashed hell on everyone..

Trust me when you say you like 2pac more than Eminem, Eminem wouldn't even be offended in the slightest. Em is a lover of the craft and always pays homage to those that came before him especially legends like 2pac. The closest song off the top of my head where I think Eminem's flow and vocal delivery is as close to 2pac's as he gets is probably on the song Soldier.

He would be just as fake as he was when he was alive and rapping. He was a well educated man. Went to an expensive school. Before being famous he dressed like a gay man and was part of a dance group that would have made the backstreet boys look like straight men. Pac was never a gangster. That was an image created by hollywood to make money. 2pac just played his role very well. Oh, Suge played the fuck out of him too. The contract he had to sign for suge to bail him out of jail meant he was working for death row for free. There is an interview about it and video footage of him from before he was famous and in his gay little dancing group is also on youtube. The other rappers you think are icons are probably all fake as hell too. That is how those industries work. They have literally teams of people creating an image for them.

"Why were so many people trying to get rid of him and shut him up?" The truth is that they weren't. You should watch some of the more recent documentaries and read/listen to interviews journalists have had with 2pac's old security team. The picture they paint of 2pac behind the scenes that fans and media didn't see is of a much different portrait. One that was very concerning, in fact. 2pac grew increasingly paranoid and erratic the more time he spent with his record label's owner, Suge Knight. Despite the dangerous public image he projected to the world in his short career, Tupac was *not* an actual gangster, and was never truly comfortable in that lifestyle. Tupac was an artistic prodigy. He attended a prestigious liberal arts college and majored in theater. He wanted to be an actor originally, not a rapper. His mother was also a very prominent political activist in his childhood, who encouraged education over a life on the streets. Tupac survived a 1995 shooting in NYC, and was never the same afterwards. He was always alert and on edge after that. The characters and lifestyle Suge Knight surrounded him with only made it worse. His private security team- who were all former police or military servicemen -frequently had to remind him that he really wasn't the hardcore gangster he depicted to the public, and that his wealth and fame would have zero impact on real life LA gang members. He was still the same gifted kid who attended an elite art school, and was now playing a very dangerous game with very dangerous people by attempting to behave like them. His security detail felt he was starting to believe his own hype, and was now tempting fate by openly challenging real life Bloods and Crips gang members. In short, he got into something in which he was in over his head, and needed to properly assess himself and heal from the trauma of nearly dying in his NYC shooting. This is why I said there actually weren't people trying to silence or eliminate him. His fear from the shooting grew into a paranoia in which he started seeing plots around every corner. His typical security detail was no longer good enough for him, so he started hiring actual Blood gangsters to protect him, and would only travel in motorcades from then on. Unfortunately, the myth and legend of 2pac the rapper had mutated exponentially in his latter months to the point of overshadowing Tupac Shakur, the man.

I could answer your questions, but the best way to find the answers you want is through 2pac himself through his music, poetry, and interviews. He never held back; he proudly wore his heart on his sleeve. You say you like his voice musically? You'll love his speaking voice. I will say this, though: 2pac was a smart, loud, outspoken, powerful black man, and achieved this with his words not his guns, but those are only pieces of the puzzles that are 2pac, his motivations, his message, and ultimately why he was shot (both times).

There’s a lot of culture and background that if you understand it makes his life and all the turbulence make more sense. But basically, Tupac was very socially progressive and politically aware. But for a demographic that really only listens to you if they believe you are legitimate. So that legitimacy because the most important currency and it’s something, especially that decade, rappers would die for. Tupac made enemies everywhere he went though. He was too outspoken. He criticized the government, criticized black men, criticized black women, individual politicians, even gang leaders and millionaire drug dealers. The cops assaulted him, the fact he shot two cops that were committing a crime didn’t help. The millionaire drug dealer got him shot 5 times. It was just a lot going on. And instead of just hiding in a hole, Tupac allowed himself to be recruited by another SUPER gangster that made his millions on large part because his reputation for violence (Suge Knight). So Tupac gets bailed out after appealing his very weird conviction for SA where he wasn’t accused of the actual SA, he was accused of leaving the room and letting his friend commit SA, but then his friend had the case split and got in barely any trouble while Tupac was being out in all the trouble. At that point it’s like a competition between which side can claim all the legitimacy. Tupac’s old New York music friend’s, funded by the millionaires drug kingpin that had him almost murdered, or his West Coast team of killers. And it’s basically an all out war with casualties on both sides. Eventually what ends the war is when Tupac, and the next year, Biggie are murdered. If you haven’t already you should react to some of his interviews, and to the song Against All Odds.

ALLOW ME TO FULLY INFORM YOU AS TO WHAT 2PAC WAS REFERRING TO IN THIS PARTICULAR SONG ( AMBITIONZ AS A RIDAH ); HE WAS REFERRING TO THE FACT THAT WITHIN THE RAP MUSIC INDUSTRY DURING HIS DOMINANCE, HE WAS THE STANDARD, SO HE WAS SIMPLY HATED BECAUSE OF HIS TALENT ( GOD GIVEN GIFT ) AND WAS A TARGET BECAUSE NO OTHER RAPPER DURING HIS TIME IN THE INDUSTRY COULD EQUAL OR COME NEAR HIM.....SOMETHING COMPARABLE TO WHEN THE THREE MICHAELS (MIKE) JACKSON, JORDAN, AND TYSON DOMINATED THEIR PROSPECTIVE INDUSTRIES!!! SO IT WAS JUST OUT OF SIMPLE AND PURE JEALOUSY THAT HE WAS HATED SO MUCH BY OTHER RAPPERS OK? KEEP UP THE GOOD WORK I LOVE YOUR REACTION TO THE VIDEOS PRESENTED ON YOUR CHANNEL 😘👌🏾💝

The charges ARE known bogus. I'm a 48 year old black professional from Baltimore and grew up with him and hip hop. THE GOVERNMENT HATED HIM. Why? More than a great rapper. To me he was the last great black civil rights leader. He was brilliant. The son of black Panthers yet studied acting poetry and BALLET(look up pictures on the net and his high school interview) at the Baltimore school of the arts. He was a brilliant man and outspoken on social justice issues.(just look up his interviews on homelessness and black and the indigent). He was so open and honest to a fault. He was love but the celebrity even without social media was hard for him. He was number 1. A black man riding around with Madonna in the 90s! "America" overlooked his mind and considered him a thug which he could be and gave them what they wanted to his demise. And the hate from his own people who He adored. The tattoo on his stomach "thug life" was to him an acronym. (THE HATE U GIVE. LITTLE INFANTS F's EVERYONE) he was love. The weight He carried could be seen in his eyes. He actually is a low top 10 yet top 10 rapper for me but as a person and American..he is even higher. I remember the first time I heard this. I was in college. Lines at circuit city lol for the CD. Heard this and went crazy m ALL REAL. The second he bailed out of jail he didn't go to the club or to any Lady. I'm just saying. He immediately flew across country to the studio and wrote this song..going OFF. That LEGENDARY beat was made by Daz..Snoop Dog's cousin and REAL. the chorus (got the police bustin' at me, but they can't do nothing to a G. he literally was in a shootout with 2 drunk plain clothed offduty police who Tupac was asking in Tupac fashion to stop harassing a black driver they had stopped. WHILE THEY WERE DRUNK. It was in Atlanta and he was arrested and WAS NOT TRIED. A black man in the 90s. Because it was actually and obviously self defense..no argument.. Oh he actually shot both cops and they sued him. And NO I don't and didn't think it was cool that he got in a shootout with police. Like many..we were happy he survived and the truth came out. Ironically the first line describes his murder in Vegas. (So many battlefield scars while driven in plush cars. This life as a rap star is nothing without guard) Tupac dominated media. He was such a prolific poet and writer that he recorded she many songs before his unfortunate murder at the baby age of 25 that many albums were released after leading to all of the Tupac is alive rumors. There is even a monument of him in GERMANY. Sorry to ramble.. Just a thought from one who lived through it. These were memories Great review

Tupac was the new Malcolm X. He wasn't a gangster rapper. He was political. So that's why he had to die. If he was still alive today, he'd be in politics. I can't think of anyone that could lead black people the way he could.

Wish you would have started with stuff like *(Dear Mama) (Keep Your Head Up) (Brenda's Got a Baby)* Etc They're powerful & have no cursing in them something many *Tupac* fans don't even notice. Because he's so known for his Gangster Rap at the end of his career.

I think it's fine that she started like this but the people that requests should give her some more info about him and the song so she knows the backstory before listening and it should be all good loving the reaction!

@@adamkant439 she's doing *Pac* so I'm not gonna complain but like you said without knowing what was going on in the world in the industry & his life without that kind of context & backstory she's just thrown in the deep end & she's left pondering questions

@@CaddyJim Yeah absolutely agree with you on that one, not really sure what she should react to first to actually understand everything maybe doing the interviews first could be a thing

@@adamkant439 well she's not going to understand everything but starting off with some of the ones I suggested like I said there's no cursing & there's an evolution to his career & what he talks about because of things happening to him and just the way Society was and the changes he was witnessing & also that *"Changes"* that haven't changed

PACs the greatest, it's so crazy how you can feel someone so much through music as we do with PAC and then discover that his lyrics were probably actually real, that alone takes the love and respect to another level, but when I first started listening to PAC which was a while ago, I was like her, asking myself why would anyone want to hurt my bro, rip PAC

He impacted white communities. I think he was a triple platinum album winner which can’t happen without a white audience in the 90s.Kluminati was his way of say Illuminati without saying Illuminati

Money,Power, Respect. It has been like this for hundreds of years. Every one comes for the King.Tupac was the king from 94-96. He knew the forces alinged against him, but his spirt would not let him back down. No conflict resolution, ride or die.

Tupac was born a target. He was a descendant of the Black Panthers. His mother was a high ranked Panther. Tupac was going to be the next generation voice of the Black Panther movement. Hecwas watched by the government before he knew. His life was so important to us. RIP Pac!!! We love you!!! 🙏🏾
