This song gets me the same way since I've had kids. I've never met my mom and my dad was in and out of my life when I was little. My childhood trama has been bottled up my entire life and for that reason, since ive never really been able to express it, im extremely passionate about my kids. The fact that I try my hardest and still feel like I've failed them in ways draws out my emotion when I listen to this song. Its the only song that does and in some ways its therapeutic.

This was one of the first songs I listened to by Em and fully learned the whole song. I was 12 or 13 years old listening to this and it lightened up my whole world. I didn't really have any problems or had gone through grief at that point, I was just a happy teenager listening to good music. Years goes by and my father passes away, 3 years ago now.
