I remember seeing her sing this at the Birchmere in 1988. Her voice moved me to tears that night; something about this song and her voice combined, just sends me back in time, to that nameless place.

I Love the Berchmere ❣ I saw her around that time playing solo acoustic at Lisner auditorium in DC. She came on before Lloyd Cole and I had never heard of her before. 😃 To this day, I have never experienced such an amazing heartfelt one person, one acoustic guitar performance. I love and play music. She absolutely floored me as she gave it her all. She has a great band but she is outstanding solo❣💗🎶🥰🎶😍🎶💗 Nills Lofgren is amazing solo acoustic also. I saw him at the Birchmere and also the Seldom Scene. Wish I caught Jonathan Edwards there in the late 60's early 70's 👍🕊💞🌱🌎🌌💗
