Hi Kathy, I just love your videos! You and your family recipes remind me so much of home. I’m originally from Bay Minette, AL, not too far from Dothan, but I’m currently living in Spokane, WA and I miss home so much,especially during the holidays! Does it matter the wattage of your microwave?

Yes. If your microwave is lower than 1000 watts you will need to cook it longer. The finished brittle needs to be at least 300f. ❤️
