I'm more on the minimalist style, and I have always love how you decorate your apartment (back then) and your house (now). It's wonderful now, and was wonderful before. One thing I would change is going with less pillows on the couch. A good rule is being able to sit down without having to move many pillows. Some even say if you have to move even one pillow, don't put it back. Let's see more of your couch. That will bring the whole look up a notch. Less pillows and a really fantastic throw! I love the carpet. It's unusual and uniquely you. I love the art. It's not dull or plain. I love the large plants, and all the large pieces. Maybe stick with the rule of 3 for the shelves. It will add to the decluttering. One other change I'd like to see is a larger table behind the couch leading into the kitchen. . The scale of this table doesn't quite work. I've always liked the top of the table to reach the top of the couch, without being higher. The back couch pillows however, can be higher. Everything looks so cohesive on this floor. What else can you ask for? Will your huband think he is in the wrong house??

The whole floor is looking great. What I believe would be even more interesting (if possible) is to change the arrangement of the shelves themselves. Instead of having them all straight across the whole wall, alternate the shelves to accomodate larger pieces and the smaller items you have. Have the shelving sections at different heights than the one right next to it. That way you could display larger pieces instead of being limited to a certain size. Just a suggestion. But, you are always awesome😉

Change is never a bad thing I have found - though it is definitely scary sometimes to come from where we are comfortable. I was thinking that perhaps painting the wall the shelves are on ( a pain it would be I'm sure to take the shelves down) but I was imagining a wonderful earth tone - ya know like a brown, green, tan - somewhere in there & you could decide how saturated you want it to be. I think even a few levels warmer than the white even still in the white family would really ground the space! Just a thought! I hope you are enjoying your newly refreshed space in good health! ❣

I like it a lot! Your style is exactly my style and i decluttered my wall recently aswell. It was filled with boho/ethnic art pieces. And now it has a few of those, way more calm and it makes the right pieces stand out more. In my honest opinion you can even take a few more items away on some shelves (the one with the 2 bookstands and all the books + extra decor piece for example). But i really love it, it looks more calming

Really there wasn't too much change in the vibe except you took away any contrast on the sofa and it gave it kind of a coastal beach feel. Your mode has always been the same since I started watching you. your home has a look of collector of archaeologist's finds. I like the wall art, I did not mention any suggested tweaks in previous video because what is done is done. But now that you bring it up again here something that stood out to me is foremost that since there was no staining on the edges of the cloths to provide some kind of aging process which would make the fringe edges stand out from the next panel and the frames seem to be stained a bit dark so it kind of washes it out to me. When it all said and done it your home and the only one that should have an opinion that you would need to respect if that of your husband.
