There is really nothing wrong with putting sprinkles on pancakes sense it is indeed a cake, it actually probably has less sugar then syrup and believe or not even fruit the only difference is fruit has some vitamins but if you eat too much of that same fruit the sugar in that fruit will and does over rides the vitamins. So whenever you see someone eat a plate of fruit that is not healthy but that goes for anything and everything. So eat in moderation even "Vegetables" .
