Beauty and talent is also not enough many times, there are many young talents who hit it big and then forgotten about just as quickly. I'm sure 'the wife' is well aware of the need for entertainment on this show. And each judge needs to be as entertaining as the other two are. The judges are as much a part of this entertainment equation as are the contestants. So Luke is just doing his part, his job, to entertain. To earn those million$$$! Which 'the wife' enjoys as well. She would not be very wise to kill the goose that lays big, fat golden eggs, would she!!! In Hollywood the rules are a bit different from those in suburban/urban/rural America. And (petty) jealousy is just not endearing or rewarded. All of the judges have so many people throwing themselves at them, constantly, it isn't even funny! But sex without love is so very, VERY, boring! It's just sweaty exercise--- with a stranger, that you neither know or like. So the point is...... what??? That must have been hard lol 😂. And must have felt like he was getting cut open after extracting the appendix any anesthesia. I can't imagine the pain that he must have felt but at the same time. I know what it's like to get a surgery without anesthesia because I've been there.
