Yes I was Katie's first couple's partner and we were partners on Gina and my dance team River City Rhythm. Jason was Gina's first partner and later we switched and that was how Jason and Katie came to be!

The dude definitely knows the dance, but I have to admit, when she used to dance with Jason C, there was a magic. It wasn’t just a dance or a performance, there was something really heartfelt between those two. You could just feel it. You could watch their dances over and over and always see something different. So sad to know he is gone, they were the perfect pair. I’m sure I’m not the only person who believes this

Hey Roger thanks for the comments. I was Katie's first dance partner while Jason was dancing with my wife, Gina.She and Jason danced together later. Katie and Jason were one of a kind for sure.

I have truly enjoyed these videos espically the ones featuring Jason and Katie! They were equally great dancers and never out shined one another as Jason was an outstanding dancer, his moves were equally as good as Katie's, if not more enchanting, with his own personal moves on the dance floor. He outshined all his partners. Including Katie! She is good but Jason was Spectacular! My heart was broken when I heard of his passing. There will never be another Jason Cola cino!!!! Thanks for reading my opinion!❤

So weird, I thought this was a routine after K&J and the music was so appropriate it made me cry. Now I realize it was the first routine. She is such spectacular dancer and Rob, you were superb too. I knew Jason & Katie well, and to this day I am not over the untimely passing of Jason, or Wayne, or Angel. Thank God for KZbin. This brought me a great deal of joy.

Actually, I disagree. Katie is wonderful, but Ron Brown here is fantastic, very light, graceful, precise. Smooth polished dancer. I enjoyed watching this enormously -- and yes, I am still a colossal fan of Jason Colacino. And I enjoy watching Jason dancing with other partners, too. Thank you to the wonderful folks who find these videos and share them!

I honestly have just started watching this within just this past year and it's incredible to see how well everyone of you are when you dance and I love it. My kind of dancing - shirtless was distracting but it was a different time, but the dance was very similar to the way we danced in the mid to late '50s & early '60s in Chicago. Glad it hasn't been lost to the ages.

Does not matter. Katie Boyle was good with whoever she danced with and really enhanced that person's dancing by 100%. Yes Jason colacino and Katie Boyle we're good together. But not trying to compare anyone else. I think we should just be grateful that we got a chance to see her dance with anyone for that matter. Rob Brown did very well with her and I loved his moves they were smooth.

WHEN YOU SEE JASON AND KATIE DANCING TOGETHER THEY BOTH STEAL THE SHOW BECAUSE JASON DID HIS OWN FANTASTIC MOVES...NOT ONLY KATIE!! Thanks for your comment. I'm from the old school where the man is SUPPOSED to show off his partner, not himself. (Not taking anything away from Jason's talent as I knew it well) This was also wayyyy before Jason stopped dancing with my wife at the time and started dancing with Katie. Not only did his dancing evolve, but so did the dance in general. Jason was definitely one of a kind. Why would I try to dance like him? And why would anyone compare from 2 different time periods? When two people are dancing as a couple, neither one of them are supposed to take the spotlight from the other, this is why I stated that Jason was so unique! He was able to stand out WITHOUT taking anything away from Katie, they were both superior in their talent and moves! I Am from "the OLD school" I am 66 years old and have been and still am an avid dancer, therefore I can tell you to this day that whenever my husband and I are at an event and we are dancing together everyone including teenagers tell us how great we dance, neither one of us outshines the other, so that perception that the woman has to look better than her partner is really unjust, Both daners should shine!! Once again, I emphasized that is the MAIN REASON why Katie and Jason were so special and wll be very hard to replace as a dancing team.
