Heard this track/artist for the 1st time today whilst driving and listening to Planet Rock radio (England). Attention immediately grabbed by the intro,then the guitar playing,then the "piece de resistance" .... what a voice!. The emotion and storytelling. I can relate to the schooldays theme. As others have already mentioned,I could have been listening to a previously undiscovered Stevie Nicks/Fleetwood Mac track. This is a compliment as Stevies voice always fills me with so much emotion and now this has too. So gentle and beautiful. "Haunting" in a good way. "Warm and fuzzy" moments. Has been in my head all day. Now on my playlist of "stress relieving tunes" to take me to a more chilled place. I need more of this and going to work my way through the album,then the rest of her material. 👍

Simply amazing!!!!!......its artists like you that keep me attending my home town festival every single year........you are my best new music discovery for the RRR Bristol this weekend, hands down young lady.......I was blown away at Cumberland Square Park last night, my daughter and I were setting there and simultaneously looked at one another and said "I love girl"!!!!.....great honest stuff is out there, but there's that OTHER level of how to word things when you write a song.....lyrical content is everything for me Katie and you hit the nail right on the head with how you express yourself.....you're on that other level of songwriting that keeps stuff like yours on repeat in my daily life, songs I can't wait to turn others onto because it's fucking real....Like a John Prine kinda real, ya know?
