Katie I want to say that because of women that are getting pregnant their body will change cause the baby grows inside the body and after giving birth or a C section and some women will have extra skin and it’s ok cause women grows a human inside of them and women are beautiful after giving birth and daring the pregnancy ❤

Since you mentioned breastfeeding I’ll give my unsolicited advice… take everything with a grain of salt cause you know your body & baby best!! They say that you can’t overfeed a breastfed baby so don’t worry about that! If you feel like she stops before you’re empty I’d recommend pumping. That’s what I always did, I’d just stick on the hand free pump & get the rest out & it’ll help with pain/ keep that over supply up!!

You definitely can overfeed a breastfed baby but it’s rare because that requires a forceful let down from an extreme oversupply if that’s an issue though you can pump til your breast is softened because technically forceful letdown causes spontaneous engorgement and then feed baby

Best advice I can give for breastfeeding is establishing your milk supply. You can seem like an over-supplier but your body doesn’t know how much milk your baby needs so it just fill your breasts all the way in the beginning. It’s a supply and demand equation so once your body knows what the demand is it will make as much as she needs.
