Make sure you're eating quality food that's a compliment protein. That means meat and whole nuts if you can have them. Keeping a stable balance of proteins in your liver will help regulate insulin and loos sugars. Also don't totally skip carbs because women essentially need some carbs for hormone regulation. Make sure they're whole foods veggies and not junk and avoid breads and cakes. If your not intolerant to milk, whole milk is excellent protein. I was pre-diabetic and having erratic hormones, but actually I wasn't getting good whole meat protein on regular basis. It disregulates your insulin a blood sugar.
