Kylie would never love anyone else the way that she loves David. There's two reasons why she wanted the abortion one what if it turned out to be Nick's baby and two if David learned the truth then it could hurt him. At least in the end she made the right decision by choosing to keep and have that child regardless of who the daddy might be.
