Sorry to see you've had issues with your pin manufacturer! I tried to skip the middle man and go direct to China but in my opinion the money I saved wasn't worth it with the amount of seconds that were created. Once you've paid in full and they've sent them they don't seem to care. My manufacturer just stopped replying to my e-mails as soon as I raised an issue! I too asked for photos before sending and I raised issues on the defects in the photos and my manufacturer said they were 'dust which could be wiped off' but when they arrived there was so much crap embedded in the enamel! Dust, glitter random flecks of enamel. So I've decided if I decide to offer enamel pins again I'll go back to Made by Cooper. They're more expensive but the seconds rate is very very little so they seem to have found a manufacturer which works! Hope you get it sorted soon x

Funnily enough, one of my dogs nicknames is “pudding” and at Christmas we call him “Christmas pud”. He’s a staffy and he gets a headband with hollies on it for Christmas photos!! 🤣 The Christmas pud just put me in mind of my dog 😍😍

Maybe before you choose which pin enamel factory you want you ask them questions like "would it be possible to get photos taken before you send over the pins?" And if they say no, then try asking other factories.

Shoe racks are a lifesaver when it comes to desktop storage. I personally use flat pack wood ones, not the ones with slats. They fit bins perfectly, and I love placing my cutting machines on them as well to stack them. I use silhouette, so I'm not sure if yours will fit, but like I said, they are great for bins and papers too!

For storage, it might be worth getting those “over door shoe storage” type things, but hang on the wall. I feel that might be helpful. But don’t know if that is wide enough? I wish the instructions for the nail decals were actually inside on the back of the card, because you might rip off the instructions? Really enjoy your content, to the point where even my partner loves watching you as well! (He gets excited and goes “IS IT THE NORTHERN LASS?!” Yeah sorry we’re southerners 😂) Hope you have an amazing holiday when you go away 😊

I can't believe Kathrine has so much trouble with her pin manufacturer!! I think the pins turned out really cute!! You are going to need a book if you are specifying PMS colors. The whole point of the Pantone matching system is to use their printed guide since the colors on screen are not how they actually print in most cases.. Maybe you can find a used one since they are expensive.

Some people would let the pin mistakes go but I can not as it's lost money isn't it. When I order blank coasters often there are a couple that have been cut a bit odd on one edge where it's not been beveled correctly and sometimes at the back of them there are long white lines from something that do not come off. Even if it is a few out of 50 coasters I message to get replacements as I ordered undamaged coasters lol. Same with chopping boards I've had some where a bit of the white at back is scraped..or mugs where each has its own white box and come boxes look crushed
