Oh. My. God. Imagine this song is from Katniss' POV in Mockingjay after *SPOILER* Peeta is hijacked: "Good bye my my lover, good bye my friend. You have been the one for me". I want to cry right now but I can't because I'm in a room full of people. But this lyrics is like when Katniss is in District 2 and says that she wants to kill Snow and then get killed herself. Why does she want to die? (And this is not some Everlark-Fangirl-Stuff, this is what it is if you understand it right) Because she can't stand Peeta not loving her. She can't stand it to be in D13 when Peeta is like this (This is actually a quote). This is why she wants to die, and at that point, this song is perfect for her to sing it to Peeta from hundreds of miles away to tell him, that she loves him althought he tried to kill her... *cries in a corner*
