I love how Ahyeon is getting better control of her voice lately. She sounds less pitchy than usual, as people complained before. The good thing is that she didn't take those criticisms to heart instead, she used them to improve herself. Her vocals sound more relaxed now.

Additionally, Rora serves as the group’s spokesperson. Ruka, being the oldest, manages the schedule and starts the greetings. She takes on about 70% of the leader’s responsibilities, while the rest of the members contribute in other areas.

What I also notice is that Asa is taking care of the group like a mom (members like to ask about her opinion, and she comforts/reassure members when in doubt, that's why she's named as the mom of the group), and Pharita acts like an older sister where she guides them of how to react/answer/behave in certain surroundings (eg. hinting chiquita in an tricky interview, protecting ahyeon in a photo pose,etc) and also makes everyone feel involved/stay together ❤

What I noticed is Chiquita isn't as strong as the other members when it comes to singing, her parts are mostly not hard but her stage presence is just magnificent, besides her being the youngest, she really fits the power and overall aura of BabyMonster. Rora has this underrated vocals that isn't much heard as often but always strikes at her parts plus her vowels are great, she opens her mouth knowing what tone she is setting, Rami tho, no need to explain coz she's powerful, that unique tone is so Rami, Ahyeon too, she is just proving why she's an all-rounder and YG's first pick, now Asa with her great agility, she knows when to use her specialty which is the softer tone and switch to bigger ones, Pharita is most likely to be the most annoying one, imagine singing higher notes and hard parts and just singing it effortlessly like it's nothing? 😂, and Ruka, you can see her being the most experienced, she is such a great performer. Overall, BabyMonster is that group.

~ 2:11 Yes coach, they do that regularly. You might not be able to see it often since they mostly do it in the backstage. They often do their group cheer before performing to relax and boost their energy. Fun fact: Their group cheer was changed during drip era. Before, they were just facing in front while blowing their fingers. YG noticed it looked like blowing a candle and have low energy. So he suggested lifting it up 2:06, making it look like they're shooting upwards (aiming high). ~ 2:30 They don't have a leader just like their senior Blackpink. But they do have their tasks in the group. Like how Rora is the spokesperson and is assigned to explain their songs or anything that involves "speaking for the group" (like most group leaders do). Rami and Ahyeon lead when it comes to vocals while Ruka is in dance and also in managing/reminding them of their schedules. Pharita is the one assigned to speak for them in English (though everyone can speak in English) while Ahyeon is in Mandarin(Chinese). Asa, the mother of the group, manages the chores (but they're not living together anymore so it stopped). Ofc, let's include Chiquita, she's in charge of....wait, she's the baby, she doesn't need a task. 😝 Overall, Rora(1:37) and Ruka(1:48) are always the ones initiating the greetings/intro and outro (Idk what it's called😭) or when they're going to say goodbye which makes them look like the leaders.

Rami did do a iconic triple High note progression on Love in my heart similar to Ahyeon on Drip but it has not been noticed and got lost because the YG producer cut the chorus in when Rami was in the middle of a triple progression high note belt. I thought a bit unfair to Rami not to showcase her triple High note progression.

Yes, I really agreed with you for Pharita's solo cover song " Bleeding love", she did it so good. We could not see her real talent in all albums of Bebymonster because she did not have chance to show her ability. There were many members in the group and YG just wanted to present her visual more than her talent. YG just let her sing a simple chorus part and too short. I really like to listen her solo cover songs better because I love her voice and Pharita did it very well in the Beginagain program as you mentioned in this clip. She could sing a song as she needed with her style.

Hmm, now I want to hear you sing it :) I do see Ayheon growing with more vocal training and I am looking forward to see her further improve when she is already so talented. I do prefer her when she sings with less Nasal and a warmer tone. I know YG has a tendency to encourage it, but I really dont enjoy the Nasal tones that much. At the moment Rami and Rora are my favorite vocalists. Ahyeon singing Monster... now that was my favorite piece by her.

Yes... They do this shooting in the air pre-performance thing before every performance, you'll see YG modifying it for them to make it more positive... In the behind the scenes or making of click clack drip.. And if you watch, as everyone should.... their 'BabyMonster- See you There ,Behind in Tokyo ' video....before they perform to go on stage every time they do this in a circle, also some great vocal moments in that video too and it's their first time performing in front of a full audience fans of two shows of 26,000 people.last May

There is no official leader in Baby Monster although Ruka did mention on a Knowing Bros channel on their Baby Monster BBQ outdoor camp variety show that she is the dance leader and Rami on the same show did mention she is the vocal leader. Rora has taken the MC role in many of the Baby Monster candid shows. Ruka seems to be opening for the group to introduce themselves on these live shows.

Officially, the leader hasn't been decided yet, but RORA usually plays the role of MC among them, leading these kinds of shows or events. And the finger gesture you mentioned was modified by YG himself during the DRIP M/V filming site. In fact, the original gesture was to raise the finger and blow it out silently while saying "whoo~", but YG pointed out this gesture had made the atmosphere a little bit downed because it looked like blowing out the candle flame. Instead he suggested pointing their fingers upwards like the feeling of shooting up. And I am interesting that you catched it :) You can see that finger gesture suggestion by YG at the last moment of 'DRIP & CLIK CLAK' SPECIAL PERFORMANCE VIDEO BEHIND clip.
