The monochrome chorus and the laid-back beat, but with the unique singing attitude detail(in the verse and backing vocals). But compared to Armageddon, which is quite complex with its vocal pads, unique notations and dynamic of the song. Supernova do seem easier to them.

I honestly love SM female singers because they make really good harmony and their understanding of song is another level which makes them express the feeling of the song with already built up vocal skills. They always get unique song especially Red velvet and Aespa had a lot of non stereotypical songs. But they just eat them so well make it their own. This is why when SM singers sing any sentimental song, people always think 'Oh they are actually so good'.
