I would greatly regret about this video. My lack of diversity in my video hurt them. It was so stupid of me to shoot a video without taking them into consideration and to produce a CMV that way. I am ready to delete this video immediately. I kindly read all the opinions sent to me. You are all right to be angry. I am wrong. I made you all very sad because of my rigid videography. And your comments made me realize my mistake. Thank you. Next time I go to katsucon or any other event, I will shoot with diversity and open mind. I'm sure there will be some great cosplayers there. I look forward to it.

I mentioned it on FB but might as well say it here too-- I love your videography, but the lack of diversity in anything other than Eurocentric featuress needs to change. Katsucon is MASSIVE-- yet you didn't pay any attention to the black, POC, or plus-sized cosplayers there. And maybe that wasn't your intent, but perpetuating a vast amount of people doesn't equate to diversity. It's impossible to believe you didn't run across plus-sized and black cosplayers at the con. And even in group photoshoots-- There's zero highlight of them. Do better, man. You got all this talent, so showcase more than just white.

I deeply regret this. I finally realized it when many people commented on it. It is very shameful. My videography did not take into account too much diversity. There were many attractive PLUS-SIZED AND BLACK cosplayers but I did not videotape them. Very stupid. Next time I go to the US and videotape at Con, I will be more open-minded and diverse. There are so many more great cosplayers out there.

There’s no plus size cosplayers in this video, as a plus sized cosplayer myself that sucked to see. I saw so many other plus size cosplayers at the con all stunning and you choose to ignore all of them. This is what makes being a plus size person so hard when it comes to cosplay because everyone ignores us because of it

I reflect on this greatly. Pointed out, I realized the lack of diversity and my own stupidity. It is shameful. Next time I shoot in con I will broaden my horizons and be diverse.

Sorry, I was wrong. I did not mean to exclude anyone in a discriminatory way, but the fact that I did so as a result is something I should greatly regret. Next time I videotape at con, I will videotape with more perspective and diversity.
