I stopped telling people that I "grew up" speaking a 2nd language because it detracted entirely from the years I had to spend re-learning it / learning more after I forgot nearly all of it by my teens. It took serious effort and dedication to get even close to fluent again. Yes, you need confidence and charisma in general, to be an excellent performer, but watching Katt's earlier performances; you can see how much hard work he put in to becoming the entertainer he is today. It's undeniable and something to be proud of because not everyone has that ability to focus on honing a craft like that.
