First of all happy new year to you and yours 💜 as some people have said this is an old interview, he was not even suppose to be there. He went there to support his friend Red Grant, who was doing a comedy show the next day with the host Wanda And things went left, prior to them doing the interview they begged Katt to come and join the interview he kept saying no they then told him we will not talk about anything about jail, we won’t bring up your kids, We wanna talk about the fact that you just won a Emmy and what you do for your community and as soon as things went left, she then wanna bring up jail and his children And the next day Wanda and her husband pulled up on Katt at the comedy show and her husband pulled a gun out on him and chased him, she later got fired, and as someone previously said, she just recently passed away, so rest in peace to Wanda

He had no intention of going on thier show. He doesn't need to promote himself this way. Wanda conviced him on the grounds of being the first black person to receive an Emmy. She promised him that she wouldn't bring up jail or his kids. There was no mention of his award. He knew it was a set up. Thats why he went after her

Katt was there to hype up his opener who was supposed to be the one getting interviewed but wanda decided to go in on Katt and he threw jokes back at her. Even her cohost tried to diffuse the situation several times but wanda kept coming for Katt and got out funnied every time and got her feelings hurt.

My God she's sooo annoying. Yes it's her show, but she's an awful host and interviewer. And she made her co-host very uncomfortable. Read the room. Let your guest talk. Also, why on earth would you put yourself in Katt's crosshairs like that, and repeatedly?! You're just giving him more material!
