Ingredients:-
Toor dal / துவரம் பருப்பு - 150 gms
Garlic / பூண்டு - 3
Asafoetida / பெருங்காயம் - few
Tomato / தக்காளி - 3
Drumstick / முருங்கை காய் - 1
Brinjal / கத்தரிக்காய் - 200 gms
Masala powder / மசாலா தூள் - 1.5 tsp
Salt / உப்பு - 1/2 spn
Tamarind / புளி - 1 small ball size
Oil / எண்ணெய் - 2 spn
Mustard seeds / கடுகு - 1 tsp
Small onion / சின்னவெங்காயம் - 5
