Loved this! Until C5 her voice is really good if she just worked a little on those High Belts... B4 from Teary Eyes and C5 from Firework are big highlights for me both sound great. Also not to be annoying but E5 from All By Myself is Eb5 and the E5 falsetto in Daisies are F5's

She had decent moments till C5 but it was extremely inconsistent unfortunately(much more than usual and that says a lot for katy tbh 😭) Thanks for the corrections btw i labeled all the notes without checking on a piano so i’m lowkey surprised there weren’t more mistakes 😂

@@ran5476 ikr, her tone is so pretty but besides Night of a lifetime she was really bad... Her low notes were kinda good tho? Like she had some good G3's in Cozy Little Xmas and full F#3 in Teary Eyes besides the notes you showcased in here, she should work more on that part of her voice3

@@popvocalstvYeah her lows are definetly improving as she ages but i also noticed her falsetto is kinda more reliable than her belts nowadays too.Just listen to her in rock in rio for example.Those transitions in teary eyes were very good and i also really liked that falsetto she did in that cyndi lauper song even thought it was kinda shaky.Not to mention how good it sounded in daisies acoustic(definetly one of the highlights of last year)

Katy has a nice voice but I think she’s a bit lazy with her vocal training. If she put more effort into training her voice with better technique she could be a top belter like Kelly Clarkson

Late 2022 was when the inconsistency really started, but by late 2024 we are getting more extensive headvoice use than she’s ever done before and her mid belts have really settled, the A4Bb4/B4 have really filled out, especially since her pregnancy. I think the Lifetimes Tour could be her vocal peak if she keeps this up!

@@MATZoficial Most of these clips are taken from the better performances so yea. There’s plenty of other clips in 2024 that were similarly bad. Hopefully she improves in 2025 because her voice has been going downhill fast since 2020
