@manozzified I've been in rock/blues bands, heavy metal bands, acoustic stuff, and was brought up listening to AC/DC, Ozzy, Pantera, Metallica, ZZ Top the list goes on, I've seen all the formentioned bands live in concert also growing up. But I've also seen Katy Perry live and she puts on one hell of a show. It's a lot about opinion, if all you listen to is rock and close yourself off from anything else besides that of course pop music to you will be thought of as "autotuned" garbage.

@manozzified Just because a band has the basic set up (guitar, bass, drums, vocals) doesnt make it "real" music. This song, even if it hardly qualifies as music as you say, its still better than anything skid row ever made.

@TurboPieRecords It's not an opinion, it's a fact. That kind of music is commercial only. An unquestionable proof is that when a pop song comes out, everybody loves it (as long as MTV plays it) and then... poof! everybody forgets it ever existed. BUT if you ask a guy who listens to metal what's his favorite song he will say 'paranoid', 40 years after its release. It has nothing to do with open mind, point of view etc. A fact is a fact. No matter if some people don't accept it.

@TurboPieRecords Reading what you write, I highly doubt that you've never listen to Skid Row. I'm cool with Katy Perry (in general) but she can't hold a candle to Skid Row, because guitar>computer and she definitely can't sing as good as Sebastian Bach (check out some live performances of her, nothing close to the CD auto-tune) It actually all comes down to the fact that Rock is better than Pop.

Nah I love KZbin to find new songs by artists. I just meant that from this song it does not seem like the album will be all that good. This was a pretty bad song :(
