Hmm but if you have installed Menyoo mod you can go inside F's old house but the interior wouldn't like this, especially Franklin's bedroom. There are no computer, clothes, all stuff on the wall, and many more. So, I think this mod doesn't show actually Franklin's Aunt's house after he moved to his new mansion, but show us the last conditions before his gone. You must to install Menyoo mod and you can prove what did I say. But after all you did it very well, Katzenwagen. Thank you.

I replaced a song in that 2019 video back in 2021 because of one of those 'betrayal' Content ID claims from artists that initially said their music was royalty-free, and then after a few years they 'trap' a lot of KZbin videos that used the music by putting up copyright claims :(
