I don't understand why on Leak Links Bridge there are no cars driving on it , like when you unlock it for the first time , civ cars do go on it but later it's empty.... I guess Rockstar did an coding mistake?

I think the reason why this exists is because the Bridge was different in the beta, I expect you have seen it in the Sunshine Auto's, it had a other curve. But I think this is not the only thing that happened. I think that Leaf Links wasn't a Golf Tour in the beta, I think that Leaf Links was supposed to be the swamps based of the Miami Swamps. I think it was accesible by a Bridge but only from Vice City Mainland (The Left Island), and later they changed everything, made it a Golf Tour and connected a Bridge between the two islands but then the traffic got forgotten or it got changed at the last moment and they didn't put traffic anymore on it.
