Persons with fibromyalgia should also be included in disability category.. Many are quiting their jobs because of this disease.. Myself is also a patient.. .. And will request in writing also.. Everyone who has this disease should write I think.. We are suffering almost the same pain and cannot do anything normal with the pain as a normal person do with a job .. Writing with so much disappointment..

ഭിന്നശേഷിക്കാരുടെ പേരിൽ കുറെ പേർക്ക് ജോലി കിട്ടുന്നില്ലേ. ഭിന്നശേഷിക്കാർക്ക് ഒരു അവഗണന ആണെങ്കിലും അവരൊക്കെ നന്നായി ജീവിക്കുന്നു. പാവങ്ങൾ ജീവിച്ചു പൊക്കോട്ടെ 😄

Only after post identification, vacancy in a post is to be reported to PSC, then only PWD candidate will get reservation directly from the Ranklist, otherwise they have to sue. The court cases regarding PWD reservation is due to the absence of an executive Order as per Court Verdicts in Kerala for implementing the RPWD ACT in its true spirit. Unfortunately Kerala Govt. has issued an order by Social Justice Dept. that if a post is identified after notification by PSC the reservation is postponed to the next notification is against RPWD Act. The reason stated in the Government order is the " "abled" candidates appointment is delayed" !!
