HI, to my understanding you don't need to consider B1, just add the number 1810 (if this is yours) so the total would be 10 for your flat and it doesn't fall as per karmic number i.e. 13,14,16,19 karmic numbers, so you should be fine and even if you total it as well 1+0 then it would be one...so looks good in every aspects.
