श्रीमान जी अभी भी बहुत से ऐसे कर्मचारी हैं जिन्होंने एनपीएस नहीं लिया है और उनकी सर्विस 10 से 15 साल हो चुकी है बाकी सर्विस 20 से 22 साल की बची है। ऐसे में जबकि उन्होंने कोई कटौती नहीं करवाई है तो क्या यूपीएस में पूरी सर्विस का लाभ मिलेगा या शेष बची सर्विस को ही काउंट किया जाएगा।

सरकार को 14% को बड़ा कर NPS में भी 18.5% कर देना चाहिए और nps की पेंशन मैं DR DA भी इफेक्टिव होना चाहिए। ये बात सरकार तक पहुंचा दो। मैं अकेला हूंगा जो NPS लेने के लिए तैयार हूं।

why and how nps is better? suppose one has a corpus of 30Lakh one gets 18 lakh as lump sum. and annuity on 12 Lakh which will b around 7-8 thousand per month. after retirement one need more funds. under ups, a pensioner may seek loan @ 12% for 18 lakhs and EMI of 26000 for tenure of 10 year's. in my case retiring with 13 years service and if I opt for ups I will get pension of 27000. so ups chhlawa h
