INGREDIENTS :
2 pcs. large EGG
pinch of Salt and Pepper
1 medium Onion, minced
3 cloves Garlic, minced
1-2 medium Tomatoes, diced
1 bunch Pechay, separate white and green, chopped
1 Spring onion, chopped
1/2 tsp. Paprika
1 tsp. Soysauce
1 tsp. Oyster sauce
dash of Sesame oil
1 tbsp. Butter
1 tbsp. Cooking oil, plus extra.
