43:38 There is a misconception here. We choose u=0 for that row or v=0 for that column for which there are most allocations present in the table. So here u2=0 is the correct step.

step 1: check whether m+n-1= no. of allocated cells if no, go to step 2; if yes go to step3 step 2: convert the necessary no. of unallocated cells into allocated cells to satisfy the above condition....starrting from least value of the unallocated cell. check the loop formation one by one. there should be no closed loop formation. select the cell as a new allocated cell and assign ε from there start uv method
