Jackson those are good ideas for downtown planning but it's a challenge of spaces, what space can we use when buildings were allowed to be built to the street with no allowance to build even a sidewalk or bike lanes, you're lucky if you can find parking spaces.

@3:13 downtown can definitely be walking friendly. These dogs are trouble especially leaving poo everywhere. Moreover, the whole city is car heavy and a square would definitely provide an avenue for activities and events.
