Why do judges and other government officials have immunity if a president doesn’t? If there is no immunity in an official capacity then when all these judges rule and it goes against the constitution and it takes the Supreme Court to overturn then those judges and prosecutors should also be held accountable for all defendants expenses and damages. That would stop all these wrongful prosecution and convictions.
