The master was a Japanese cuisine chef.
But he made a huge transition to the ramen industry in 2014 and now he has the 2nd shop.
A flavorful soup that comes out of a ton of niboshi and white soy sauce, homemade noodles that have a good chewy texture, and gorgeous toppings are just exquisite.
