Can you tell me the difference between cabahons, resin charms and polymer clay charms?

Clay charms are made out of any type of clay, resin charms are made out of resin, and cabochons are designed for decoden so are pieces that don't have an eyepin and can be made out of clay, resin or plastic typically :)
