From what I noticed when you did that scoop when you were at 9 points. I noticed Two balls dropped and must have gone through a certain hole in the back cone which could’ve given 2 points each because if you rewind you can see some balls drop and fall forward but 1silver and 1gold dropped down a different whole and went down a silver shoot to the right side in the back behind the pusher. *That’s my guess from watching that moment several times over.* Watch the back of the game around 18:18 you might see what I seen.
