Alien Soldier was trying to go like Turrican. Stages were transferred by one big sequential battle one after another, crazier than the last one, and the main character looked awfully awesome.

Really fun beat' em' up! I didn't have this cartridge growing up, but I did play this a crap ton when I bought a Sega Genesis Ultimate portable game player, which is one of those cheap Sega rom players with the pre-loaded games. Worth every penny!!!

@@trench900 This is true, i play games for the entertainment and enjoyment value if I have to remember certain patterns of baddies or spend ages constantly getting killed by a boss until I manage to fluke my way past it then that game is a no for me. i prefer games that are enjoyable and frustration free I also get bored easily so if I get killed to often and have to repeat the same sections over and over and over again that games more likely to get uninstalled and refunded or thrown out the window. I love games like tomb raider series or the original resident evil 1-3, days gone, horizon zero dawn, jedi fallen order, guardians of the galaxy, terminator resistance, Kenya bridge of spirits, god of war, final fantasy 7-9, 11 they cant be difficult in some parts but not frustratingly so.
