Kawartha Lakes Loop moto ride

Today we're out exploring in the Kawartha Lakes area. Just a relaxing day trip adventure. Beautiful scenery along the way as we ride through Bancroft, along highway 507 (the Buckhorn), across the James A. Gifford Causeway, stop at a lock on the Trent-Severn Waterway (a 386km long canal route), check out multiple beaches and go swimming in the lake! Both riders on a 2012 Suzuki V-Strom DL650A. Filmed June 2022 in Ontario, Canada.

It was so much fun getting back on the bikes and actually discovering a new area. Anytime weather is permissible we love to swim, so relaxing! Sorry for late reply, we seem to not always get notifications so it's a good thing we check the no reply section... hope the temperatures are bearable for you. Stay safe and see you in the next one

Yes it was such a great day out on the bikes seeing new places. Our pleasure, and yes we are thoroughly enjoying the bikes! They ride so smooth and they're perfect for our current adventures. We hope you've had a chance to take that Honda out for some exploring / fun / adventures 😎

@@Sum4Seb Wonderful to hear! The wind protection over long distances must feel so great. & yes I've had some awesome rides on the little 300, a big 3 day ride/camp coming up! Unfortunately no action cam to get it recorded, oh well :P Had a fun little interaction with a dog a couple weeks ago, was attacked by it at a T intersection and pulled off the bike! The dog tried to keep attacking but 2 guys I was with jumped off their bikes and started yelling, it ran off. Dislocated my thumb and pushed my shifter into my engine case and dented it.. Popped the thumb back in and continued on, I had a ride to attend! haha.
