I'm 70 yrs old and own a Kawasaki z 400 2022. A little cramped on my legs. Great on gass 54 mpg and insurance. Top speed 120 mph. Accessories TST industries racing velocity stacks. I had to cut my mirrors off in the center and add a stainless steel 3/8 tubing 4"inches long to be able to see around my shoulders. I'm going to buy a Kawasaki elemator 450 because of the leg position. NO MORE LEG CRAMPS!

Bought mine a couple of weeks ago (Pear Robotic White with ABS). still getting used to it after two years on a Honda Forza 300 with CVT automatic transmission. But I am loving this bike. Especially since I do a lot of urban riding... I'd recommend this over a Vulcan S for anyone who mainly does urban riding but its fun as hell on the highways and back roads here in Kentucky

Thanks for the video, that was neat! I decided on the Eliminator SE, although I thought I wanted a Vulcan S. I sat on the gray bike you were on two days ago (it was next to mine). The sales guy had told me about "Kawasaki Demo Day", which I knew nothing about. He explained it briefly, but not so clearly as you did. He said he'd "invite me" to the next one. I thought to myself, "You damn well better, since you sold me one", but I didn't say that...lol I'm sure he meant he'd text me when the next one comes up. I really appreciate the inside look and now I'm excited about trying out some bikes I'd never otherwise check out. My taste is already obvious, but I'd like to try a sport bike, just to see why people like them. I'm sure people wonder why I'd buy an orange cruiser type thing, so I try not to judge. But for the record, it only comes in one color, so you either want an SE or you don't. I neither like or dislike the color, but it has grown on me. I did think I was going to get a gray bike at first, but it chose me instead.

That orange Eliminator is awesome! I went in the dealership to check it out and really like it. I have also eyed the Vulcan but didn’t get a chance to ride it. I’m glad my video helped you out on what to expect on Demo Day. I currently ride a lil sport bike and would encourage you to give it a go. You never know what you might like. Congrats on your new motorcycle and happy riding!

Even though I initially went to get a Vulcan, they didn't have one, so I never got to even sit on one. I didn't even test ride the Eliminator SE; it just called to me and it just fit. It's like those shoes you tried on in the store and loved them so much, you take the price tag off, put your old shoes in the box and walk out with them on (after paying for them, of course). Now, I'll probably never sit on a Vulcan S and here's why. I used to sell diamonds, and one thing I told my customers was, "Once you buy this, stop shopping". Two reasons: You might return it (oh no), or you'll just drive yourself crazy questioning your decision forever, comparing your diamond to all others. I doubt I'd think, "I wish I had gotten this one instead", but I'm not going to test it. That's like going on a date with someone else after you get married and I'm not cheating on my bike. Pretty much the same reason I didn't test drive a Rolls Royce after I bought my Nissan. @@jessicaontwowheels

Kawasaki should offer mirror extensions for all the eliminators. It is obvious that only the smallest of people will be able to see behind themselves with the stock mirror setup.

Great video. Looking forward to next summer when the Kawasaki Demo Days comes back to Ohio. I'm really hoping to get the chance to ride the zx4rr. I love the concept of it. A 400cc inline-4 that you can rev up to infinity and beyond. The sound and feeling must be amazing. Last year my bike was down for 2 weeks because I needed to rebuild the brake pistons. I was at the dealership picking up more parts that I missed the first time around and coincidentally the demo truck happened to be there. Felt amazing to get back on a bike after not being able to ride mine the previous two weeks haha

What's the power like compared to the bike you rode in? I have been riding straight up 50 years and asking because I am needing a lighter bike because of age. I currently own a 2012 Harley-Davidson heritage, and it weighs over 700 lbs. Riding it is not the problem , it's pushing it around. They say this bike is 400 lbs,but I need it for mixed hwys,,, so, will it do 80mph and be stable?
