Kawasaki Eliminator 125 engine stripdown compilation

I share with you here photos and details from some of my BN 125 engine repairs. It is possible to get necessary information to do the job by buying the workshop repair book from Kawasaki, but I give here some extra valuable tips. Also, I show here the rebuilding of a BN125 engine into becoming a 175cc engine. I do supply big bore kits, cylinder heads and crank shaft assemblies or conrod kits, gasket sets etc. A 175cc cylinder head may be used on a BN125 engine. But if you put a big bore cylinder and wanna use the 125cc head, it should be machined out to a diameter of 65mm. By John Kjetil Lode
