That rust remover, neutraliser gel is usually phosphoric acid. It turns the rust into harmless iron phosphate which actually protects the steel. I’ve run out of beer, but I’ll have a single malt whisky instead 😂😂😂😂

True, but I found that they rust very quick again when exposed to elements. So I went for replacement option.

Those rads really are made from unobtanium. I think you'll be struggling finding anything in better condition for the prices you mention. How about looking for something new off a less rare bike, and modify your brackets/hoses to make it fit ?
