Like your pipes. Homemade.? Are there any baffles in.?
@karlasclaw8 жыл бұрын
wow those pipes sound great, they sound and look awesome, what brand are they? how long, do they have baffles or are straight pipes? did you have to adapt them]? hope you can answer me back i have a vulcan en500,2002 and i would like to take the originals off.
@LeeHoMusic8 жыл бұрын
karlasclaw hi bro, they are stainless steel pipes I think 60mm diameter. baffle is 250mm long. all done by my hands welded to the original elbows and joined together under the engine with and welded to the frame. they look and sound awesome indeed. there is a simple baffle something like an exhaust baffle you type in a google: motorcycle exhaust baffle. Video doesn't give a real sound of it. In reality they sound deep and bass.

What kind of exhaust pipes did you install? Does it vastly reduce the fuel performance on a 454?

hi, what was the length, and material you used to make the rear struts in- place of the shocks? thanks
@LeeHoMusic9 жыл бұрын
Dan DePlanty it was a thick wall pipe, flattened ( if this is a right word) to certain degree In spots where mounting bolts are and then nicely finished. I don't remember the length, bike is sold long time ago. I measured the distance I wanted
@andersrydingdaugaard10 жыл бұрын
is that the original tank - just mounted in a higher position in the front or ?
@LeeHoMusic10 жыл бұрын
yes this an original tank and it is mounted in factory position, watch also my second video about this bike-better quality HD
@andersrydingdaugaard10 жыл бұрын
yes i also watched that video. super cool sound in those pipes. I think my ltd 750 must be different because I dont think the tank is that high placed in the front. But again im not so much into the design and different ages in the ltd... mine from '80. You must have cutted the frame where you have placed your seat right ?
@LeeHoMusic10 жыл бұрын
Anders Daugaard I think Your motorcycle has a different frame. Yes I cut the frame an welded a piece to make a support for the seat, solo seat is made from original seat by the way. I sold that bike but it was a lot of fun to ride this bike. I decided to put low profile suspension on it in the back to achieve more pleasure from the ride and do not compromise look of the bike.

watch my another video with this bike, there is a better sound of it but still no as good as in reality. They are my pipes made with 60 mm diameter stainless steel pipe, there is also a baffle in it that I made myself with 10 inch pipe each , I took an example of samson baffles.
