Where's the video about the purchase? One minute ain't much & there's lots of good things to learn in the buying/bike check but I guess that's coming? We shall see... peace

@diggy-d8w the young lady I bought it from did not wish to be on video so the buying experience in that regard won’t be forthcoming. However I’m working on a videos to explain how it worked out. This teaser was just to show what’s coming up!

I know you're working on a bunch of stuff. Let me ask you this; Plastics are expensive & I think if I were gonna do a bike I'd put up(wrap -n- pack) my good plastics & buy replacements to use. You can color or decal them to death but put the good plastics back upon selling her. But I know part of yours were messed up, what I'm talking about might not pay off for a 400 but for a 600cc or liter bike the plastics are so expensive I'd take my new ones off on day one & replace them w/ alternates, keeping the stock plastics safe for when I sell the bike. It might not be of any real value for this bike but if I'm off base on doing this, let me know? I'll be watching as you do the deal... peace

@@diggy-d8w surprisingly the aftermarket plastics aren’t terribly expensive. I ordered NT Fairings and the price was just under $500 for a full set. The kit I got is the 40th anniversary color scheme, green, blue, and white. If you watch any of my KLX videos, you’ll hear me say what a sucker I am for Kawasaki green so ideally I would have a full OEM set in full green but the 40th scheme is quite nice. If I had a full set of good factory plastics and was looking to make a change, yes I would save the good set. With the scrapes on these, I could probably fix them and get by with the factory plastics. I even thought about doing that and changing the bike color by painting it green. I figured it was too much effort since I have very little money in the purchase price for this bike.

Yeah, the idea I said above makes perfect sense for a new liter or 600cc bike. Just get plastics but take off your brand new factory plastics, wrap em' up, and box them. Let the replacements take the abuse if ya drop her & when you sell you'll have the original plastics. But on this little bike IDKnow? I heard about doing this & since plastics can be had for cheap prices, get a color you want & you can decal the bike into any artsy LQQK you want? That said, I got the reason why you've done what you did & I wait to see what's coming. peace

For me, it’s goodnight! 🤣 I’m still on my midnight shift schedule but not for long. I’m excited for the new to me little Ninja! But I can’t make it legal until Monday when the DMV opens. Thank you for being first!
