But when you turn the key one, it flashes 31. After that only flashes 51. So you take that 31 into consideration?

@F4i_Blake yea you gotta read the code first then you have to drive it for like 5 at a avg speed of like 55 then turn off the bike wait like 30 seconds turn it back on and repeat and itll come off after a few cycles if the code is no longer pending

My 2017 is throwing code 51. It is a pain in the ass to cold start. I installed a new coil with an ngk wire and it made no difference in how the bike starts cold and the cel is still there after many rides. Did you ever figure your bike out?

Flip up your kick stand before you try to cold start it

@@treyhornbrook8931 I have tried that, it seems to help. What works best is if I just tap the starter button then let it reprime it fires right up
