Kuzma is good enough as a 3rd option. If kyrie or kawhi want to sign with them of course you should sign them. However Kuzma’s career averages are 17ppg and 6rpg. If he can average around that while improving on his 3 point percentage, the lakers should be just fine. Get solid 3 and D players, a playmaker, and a solid back up big (maybe see if javale wants to take the minimum again) and they’ll be just fine

Kuzma is a 17 ppg scorer on a non-playoff team. He was essentially the 2nd option last year. His numbers may go down this year. It will be interesting to see how he adjusts to AD on the team who plays a similar style but just closer to the basket. Plus the LeBron system will more than likely have him in the corner spotting up, maybe Frank Vogel will have the backbone to run a real system but I don't think that is the case.

Well it’s not exactly the same thing... Golden State already won a championship and was a 73-9 win team before durrant joined them. The Lakers won 37 games last season now if they go out and get all these players in win this year it is kind of evening the power

The Lakers have no bench and no shooting, and all of a sudden gonna sweep Toronto. Come next season if Lakers don't build that bench. Milwaukee, Toronto, Philadelphia, Denver, and even the Warriors if klay comes back will all be better. And btw, rumours circulated that Kawhi doesn't want the narrative of him forming a super team with Kevin Durant to be made, and that he wouldn't team up with KD in free agency. So what makes you think he's gonna team up with LJ and AD. Also, when Kawhi was a kid he wasn't even a fan of the Lakers.

The ONLY reason Kawhi wanted to go to LA when he was asking to leave San Antonio, was because they found out his girl was pregnant & wanted to go back home so that his newborn would be born there. Instead, he was traded as far away as possible from LA/California, and his son was born a few months ago in Toronto. They're now looking at schools for his daughter, bought a house, and he even signed up for a loyalty card from a local store. During the winter, the team is travelling so much, it doesn't make a difference for him. He was seranaded "MVP" & "5 MORE YRS!" by 2.5mil ppl the other day in 80°F weather. He just went to visit Niagara Falls, supposed to be heading to visit Montreal & Québec later this week & even plans on attending North America's largest festival called Caribana in Toronto in August. That's 2mths after the FA deadline. Anyone who thinks he's going to the Lakers are absolute idiots. Plain & simple.

It is only Kawhi, he is clearly head and shoulders the best FA this year, as good as Kyrie is, he is not on the same stratosphere as Kawhi. When Kawhi is available in the same time as Kyrie, Kyrie looks significantly a lot less. I am with Broussard, its either Kawhi or no one else. Either go for the overkill or go with what you got.
