Adobong Pusit sa Gata.
INGREDIENTS :
650 grams Squid, remove innard/mouth/eyes and cuttlebone - slice and rinse well
1 medium Onion
4 cloves Garlic
thumb-size Ginger
1 large Tomato
1 pc. red Chilli
3 pcs. green Chilli
2 stalk Spring onion
1/4 tsp Ground black pepper
1 tbsp Oyster sauce
2 tbsp Soy sauce
1/2 tsp Sugar
1 tbsp Vinegar
2 pcs. Bay leaves
200 ml. Coconut cream
Cooking oil.
